Monthly Matrix Messages

I am including here a brief explanation of a non-local collective I work closely with—The Crystalline Substance Fields (CSF)--because they are often present when I receive the monthly matrix messages. For more information, please see my book, Healing Ourselves and the World Learning From the Emerging Wisdom of Collective Awakening. They appeared spontaneously a number of years ago in a class I was teaching on energetic self-care and consciousness. Their presence was distinctive. One minute we were in a room that felt pleasant and serene and the next we were sitting in the midst of joy, wonder, and a profound sense of well-being. They were a luminous presence of pastel rainbow-colored lights that were crystalline in nature and feel. The CSF would later tell me that they were a collective of light beings that had mastered Unity, and that they had come to teach us Oneness. If you read these messages, you will see they continue to teach us to this day.

You are being called now to work more directly with the unknown. For it is only in embracing the unknown that you are able to open to the solutions to the challenges that your planet and your species are currently facing. What is required is to go beyond where you currently are. You will need to step out-of-the-box of separation that you have created.
When you step into the unknown, you let go of limitation. The solution that is already there and that has been waiting for you can then come into your awareness. To activate this globally will require a collective effort but this effort will need to be made by people who can do this within their own system. Every time each of you allows yourself to live within the context of the unknown, there is something within your being that quickens and can then begin to speak to you. This capacity is amplified when you come together, unify, and open this way of relating to the unknown within the group field.
A beach is made of many grains of sand—so many that they form a foundation that you can walk upon to reach the beautiful ocean which is comprised of many drops of water that form a vast body of water that connects with other oceans across the planet, forming the World Ocean. You are surrounded by living patterns of Oneness. There is no need for you to invent it. Let Oneness find you.

For those who have asked the Crystalline Substance Fields to surround you, to support and to sustain you, know that through the vibration that they share with you, you are becoming a living pattern, a living template of connection. This is the Oneness, the connection to everything--to each other and to Source. To live in this vibration is an act of service, a way of being in the world, and a way of experiencing a deeper Self. The CSF have carried this link for us. Now they are asking us to carry it for ourselves and each other.
For some of you there may be only fleeting moments of Unity while others may be able to sustain it longer. Each day may see a different capacity to feel Oneness. It doesn't matter. You are in training. The seed of this consciousness has arrived. It is opening in the species now. Cultivate it gently in yourself. Let your attitude be one of ease and joy. Do not bring a sense of drudgery or effort to this most natural and beautiful experience. Find a moment of quiet, and simply breathe, ask and receive. The more still you become, the easier it will be for you.
If you are anxious, sad, angry, or grieving, soften and become lovingly present to the emotional experience that you are having in that moment. Your heart has the power to be a womb that can turn suffering and pain into love. Sometimes we cannot fill with the more rarefied emotions of joy, bliss, or profound love because we are so full of other things. When this is so we must release and empty ourselves so that we may find peace and create room for experiencing the beauty of who we are. This takes courage and a lot of emotional honesty. All we can do is work with where we are. When we do that, we will be in the perfection of the moment.

When I tuned in to receive May’s Matrix message, the Crystalline Substance Fields immediately surrounded me, filling me with their light and joy. Their cool waves refreshed and energized me. The CSF spoke of being the vibration and light that can both guide and sustain us as we walk through times that continue to rapidly accelerate. We can ask for both guidance and sustaining strength.
By holding center, opening our hearts, and inviting them to connect with us, we are choosing their assistance. This invitation initiates the connection which in turn accelerates the frequency in our field. The more coherent our systems are with the planetary acceleration, the smoother the ride will feel. The CSF carry the vibrational link that makes this possible.
We go into resonance with what we focus on. Focus on the Crystalline Substance Fields. All we have to do is show up. They are Master Bridgers. They will link us to the rarified light that is an expression of our original Self, and help us remember our soul’s purpose, our creative potential, and our life’s vision. The part of you that can do this is your own open heart.

The themes of breaking down and restructuring are very strong now. For those who have moved to the front of the wave of this coming change, this entails the breaking up of old identities and the letting go of outgrown beliefs, energy patterns, and attachments. Our human identity has been organized around our lower three energy centers and the egoic self. From the world view of ego, self-protection, self-interest, separation from others, competition for resources are seen as necessary for survival.
In order to connect with the greater Self we must let go of these old selves. Many spiritual seekers are familiar with these concepts. Now we must live them. Energetically our next step is actually quite simple. Most of you have been training for this for years. Now is the time to place our feet fully on the ground and hold the light of our center as powerfully and consistently as we are able. You can do this through your Vertical Axis. It is time to release everything else we have been carrying around in our fields—the worries, burdens, resentments, judgements, expectations, and efforts to manage others. Ground, hold center, let go of everything else. Then you are free to meet the inner and outer events of your day moment by moment with your light.
Our physical bodies are being very affected by this shift. Make sure you are taking care of this part of yourself so that the body has the energy it needs to incorporate this tremendous change and acceleration. The ancestors are drawing near to help and support you. Take heart, the sacred is rising up through you.

Many of you now are coming into the time of your light. Awareness of your light will be intermittent at first. It will happen when you are refraining from judgement and allowing the Self to guide your seeing and hearing. You are learning to step aside from the linear mind and perceive with the heart. It will take practice to sustain this way of being in the world. Whether you are aware of it or not, your light is near at hand.
You can encourage the opening of this capacity within yourself by simply becoming still, taking slow breaths, and then expanding your awareness to include the space around your physical body. Relax your eyes, let your focus become open, clear, and light.
Not everyone will perceive their light in the same way. For some it will be felt as openness, clarity, and spaciousness that envelops the body. For others it will make itself known as a radiance that emanates out in gentle rays from their physical form. Some may even be able to see it shining out all around them when they are walking in the twilight of the day or entering a dimly lit room. Know that when this happens, you are walking by the light of your soul.

From the Crystalline Substance Fields (CSF): Call our light to your heart, mind, and body. It will bring you a profound sense of well-being and peace. We will help you remember you are part of All That Is. When you are full and brimming, shine it into your field. Let this light radiate from your being. This is how you will gift the Divine Light of Oneness to the world and help prepare humanity to receive and embrace Henosis. It is time now.
